Estimated Delivery Times

We work hard to get your order(s) processed and out the door as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days (quality checks & packing).

Standard Shipping: 7 – 15 business days.

Total Delivery Window: Most customers receive their TailTales goodies within  2-3 weeks.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been whisked away by our couriers, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

How to track:

Locate your tracking number in your email.

Enter it into [Order Tracking].

Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your code.

Shipping Details

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

TailTales is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such cases.

TailTales is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change/cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour and provide the order number and new details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday season, depending on local postal office capacities.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are included within the product cost.
